VINIFICATION
When the grapes reach the culmination of their maturation, we harvest them by hand and in small capacity boxes to preserve the quality obtained during cultivation in the vineyard. Our rosé is obtained by the Saigneé method: the skins have been macerated with the must for the time necessary to achieve the desired color. Once the desired color has been reached, the skins are removed from the tank and the alcoholic fermentation begins. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for the exclusive use of our Garnacha Rosé.
TASTING NOTES
Bright, elegant, and vibrant medium pink color. It has great aromatic intensity on the nose. The main aromas that characterize the Garnacha are perceived: the fruits of the forest, currant, raspberry, and blackberries. Elegant and smooth flavor with an interesting acidity that refreshes and rejuvenates the wine. Quite a long finish with a pleasant delicacy.
FOOD PAIRING
This rosé is ideal for aperitifs, tapas, and fresh cheeses. It is also especially suitable for fish and shellfish.
